Located on the North Shore of O'ahu, Hawai'i Banana Source is home to one of the most diverse banana collections in the world. Gabe will walk you through the farm to show you rare banana varieties (included new ones he's breeding), discuss the history of the world's favorite fruit, and sit down with you to taste some different bananas.

We grow rare varieties of bananas on 35 certified organic acres in Waialua. The ones that don't go to market get dried or freeze-dried in small batches and shipped to your door.
